Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers

Das Frühstück könnte vielhaltiger sein für ein 4-Stern Hotel. Das Zimmer ist für ein 4-Stern Hotel zu einfach ausgestattet.

Das Hotel liegt direkt mit Blick zum Strand..... das war es.... Im Internet werden schöner renovierte Zimmer gezeigt.... das hatte nichts mit dem zu tun was ich bekommen habe

Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne ?????? wofür weiß ich nicht.... Auf der Internetseite sieht man renovierte moderne Zimmer... was ich bei Buchung auch gewünscht habe im Text.. Was ich b ekommen habe war ein gruseliges 80 Jahre Zimmer... Sauber ok aber ansonsten geht gar nicht!!! Personal auch unflexibel.... wollte nen Rag eher abreisen wegen Familiärer Dinge da sagte man ich müßte beide Nächte voll bezahlen!! Danke an Booked.net .... einmal die Hotline angerufen und alles wurde geregelt.....

The quality and facilities in the room and the hotel generally were outstanding. Double glazing and air conditioning were particularly effective. Staff were friendly helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was of good quality. We had a full sea view at no extra cost. Parking was free.

Rooms were fine, staff very pleasant and helpful. Car parking was relatively easy although it was always full. Close to beach, pool nice & clean but cold. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.

Having to move rooms during our stay. We were warned on checking in this would happen but obviously an inconvenience. Hotel offered to do all moving but we did it ourselves to our timetable, luckily it went ok, but we did see at least one other booking changing rooms during our stay.

- Speak good English - Employers in reception friendly and helpful - very clean room - Our room also had a second large balcony - Flat screen tv - private parking - playing field for kids in front of hotel - WiFi - good safe

Generally rather small (room, bathroom) - I didn't get any informations when I entered (for example which time is breakfast?) - First they wanted additional money for baby cot, although on Booked.net mentioned, that it's free - On breakfast, the tables were never cleaned up and without cutlery, every day the same (the staff were better at talking than working) - Noise in the adjoining rooms was clearly audible - Hairdryer worked only halfway (should be replaced) - Parkings always full

clean, good location, excellent english speaking staff, willing to bend rules to meet customer satisfaction. (For example: late check out at 8pm for free because I arrived late as well). Breakfast is even until 10:30, for us late sleepers.

Breakfast was in a cramped area and cleaning up after guests was too slow to cope with the numbers

I use bookings.com alot. But this has to be the worse Four Star hotel, that I have stayed in. You really must check out the services. That are offered ? the room was the smallest I have seen, when you had to sit down and use the desk in the room. To get pass you had to walk over the bed, Wall paper was all peeling of the walls, the radiator in the bathroom was never cleaned, Sky Tv was advertised, but not available, the list of faults is never ending !!!

La stanza (nella dependance) è arredata in modo classico e sobrio; non è molto grande. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile.

La struttura è molto bella, camera non grande ma molto bella, ottima anche la piscina

La colazione non eccezionale, direi poco più che sufficiente, non c'è la rampa per accedere alla hall (col passeggino è un po' scomodo)

Lo stile della camera e della struttura sono particolari e ricercati; la cortesia del personale, sorridenti, gentili e sempre a disposizione. Il prezzo della camera, già molto conveniente rispetto ad altre strutture, includeva il lettino per il nostro piccolo di 18 mesi (in molti altri hotel invece è a pagamento).

Poca insonorizzazione !

L'hotel offre di un'ottima vista sul mare, dalla sala colazioni si può ammirare un mare stupendo. Le camere al primo piano sono tutte ristrutturate a nuovo, visto il periodo non ho potuto usufruire della piscina esterna ma ad ogni modo è sul lato strada, quindi non se fosse stato comunque in un periodo diverso non nè avrei usufruito comunque.

Dopo, un primo disguido all'arrivo il giorno successivo mi è stata risistemata la camera con letto matrimoniale e non due letti singoli. Con Booking ho provveduto a prenotare una matrimoniale con letto aggiunto, ma per esigenze sopraggiunte, ho telefonato piu volte direttamente all'hotel chiedendo se mi era possibile cambiare la camera da 2+1 a solamente matrimoniale per avere un'agevolazione sul prezzo visto che ero ancora in tempo a disdire la prenotazione senza pagare supplementi e trovare un'altro hotel. Il personale molto gentilmente mi hanno detto che non c'era nessun problema e che non avrei dovuto disdire la prenotazione su booking e per il prezzo ci saremmo accordati. Il giorno della partenza mi hanno presentato il conto, e ho fatto presente la cosa, il personale sempre in maniera garbata ha risposto che non potevano fare altrimenti che addebitare l'intero presso. Detto che ero disposto a pagare la commissione di booking mi sono ritrovato con una spesa inferiore di solamente 20 euro. Diciamo che per un hotel 4 stelle questo comportamento non è stato proprio apprezzato dal sottoscritto. Se mi avessero comunicato di disdire la prenotazione su booking e mi avessero prenotato la camera direttamente forse non ci sarebbe stato tutto questo problema a pagare la cifra richiesta. La colazione abbastanza buona, le brioche erano bruciate...(a mia opinione cucinate la sera prima e riscaldate la mattina seguente), il personale in sala colazioni molto confusionario e con toni sopra le righe, avrei preferito piu rigore da parte del personale addetto...alle 7 di mattina solitamente la confusione non piace a nessuno. Rapporto qualità prezzo? C'è di meglio...

Posizione. Ristrutturato ma solo in parte

Camere rumorose si sente tutto. Alcuni elementi della struttura sono datati. Colazione da migliorare. Bagno in camera carente non c'è neanche una presa elettrica.
